South Eastern Connecticut Technology Center

SECT Technology Center joins the CT Innovation Ecosytem Initiative to collaborate and deliver resources to would-be technology entrepreneurs and recent startups in Southeastern Connecticut.

Created as part of the 2011 Connecticut Jobs Bill, the CT Innovation Ecosystem (CTIE) is a first-of-its kind collaborative partnership between state government and the private sector to support the state's most promising early stage startup ventures and later stage companies.

The CTIE threads together previously separated programs, organizations, and initiatives focused on supporting early stage companies.  CTIE goal is to link startup companies with new and existing programs all under a coordinated, collaborative umbrella of central services, facilities, and funding. The end result is to move the State's high potential companies to greater success, resulting in more revenues and more jobs.
